3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products with tampered or damaged seals
- Products that show signs of use or storage outside original packaging
- Products returned after 14 days

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to our error, damage, or a defective product. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking for security.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will provide a return label for the damaged product
8. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll issue a refund via bank transfer. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
