- Unopened product: Must be in original, unopened packaging and unused condition
- Timeline: 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order
- Proof of purchase: You'll need your order confirmation or receipt
- Return shipping: Customers pay return postage (unless faulty)
How to Return

- Provide your reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return address
- Send the unopened product via Australia Post or your preferred courier
- Once received and verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days
Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned for food safety and hygiene reasons, as per regulations for food supplements.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or the product is faulty:
- Do not open or use the product
- Contact us immediately at support@detoxhipis.shop with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will arrange the return of the damaged product
